FailNote Pro is a monthly subscription. You can try every feature on the Free plan with one server before you pay.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime in the billing portal linked from your FailNote dashboard. You keep Pro until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Refunds
Payments aren't refunded for unused time. If something went wrong, like a double charge or FailNote not working for you at all, email [email protected] within 14 days of the payment and we'll sort it out.
Lemon Squeezy processes all payments as our merchant of record, so approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with.
